    Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part which must be reported on the same delivery date.

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team on Instagram. Exchanges are subject to product availability.      

  7. Refunds:

    Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 days for the processing of refunds after we receive the returned item.
