    Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.    

  3. Shipping Delays:

  4. Order Cancellations:

    Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped.   5. Returns:

    Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. To initiate a return please contact our customer service team on instagram’s DM. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part which must be reported on the same delivery date.      

  6. Exchanges:

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team on Instagram. Exchanges are subject to product availability.      

  7. Refunds:

    Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 days for the processing of refunds after we receive the returned item.      

  8. Defective or Damaged Items:

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may require photos or additional information to process the claim.    

  9. Final Sale Items:

    Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
